For what it’s worth, I was confused until I saw the comm I was in. So no, not obvious by the pic. At least to me.

EDIT: FYI. You need to multiply that by two because you have to take the shot twice.
For me it was fever, ache and pains including strong joint pain, skin sensitivity, inflammation of the lymph nodes found in the arm put area (also very tender to the touch) and severe headache.
