yes good point well made
but if the quote was
‘Oh wonder! How many goodly creatures are there here! How beauteous mankind is! Oh brave new world, That has such people in’t.’
I hope I could be forgiven for not spotting the Huxley reference

I believe they’re referring to [khyar bi] laban which is similar to tzatziki

I am an extrovert and I met my wife by approaching her. Probably puts me in the minority, but I was on vacation, she was a friend of a friend, I hit on her in a bar, it worked, we stayed in touch after my vacation ended, visited each other, went long distance, moved in together, got married. Together 11 years, married 7 years.

I’m not sure what the Faulkner is in reference to. The quote is from Shakespeare’s Macbeth, who, on realizing he has lost everything in his life, is saying that life is meaningless.

as others are said, this screenshot could be carefully staged
you could be seeing
A11: 1
A12: 2
A13: 3
A14:=SUM(A1:A13)
but with the preceeding “1” trimmed off and the remaining +9 in the cells above A11, where they have aligned the window so you can’t see the 10th row.

not mexican but isnt cabbage frequently used?.
as a word, you could argue
ad vivium
means “from the life” (latin) - as in “I painted this portrait from the live model rather than my imagination”
skar
from the Celtic for “shadow”
so it’d be “shadow life” (a hidden life? or a life not worth living?)
Kibler was great.

They are taught today in the same way that all obsolete theories are taught today as part of context. No one is being instructed to actively practice Seduction Theory or Cocaine Therapy. (I mean there are always quacks, I’m talking in general here).
Usually Freud is taught alongside Jung, Lacan, Rank, Stekel, Bataille, Lagache, Aulagnier, Guattari, Derrida, etc. Not as a monolithic concept.
we also have a better understanding of cerebal palsy thanks to his early work, a (debateable) impact on the priority of women’s health in the diagnostic process, and he was the first popular science writer to promote that there were topographies to the mind: that consciousness and perception aren’t just one state but are interconnected systems of consciousness, subconsciouss, instinct and thought (both proactive and reactive)
the Morse Telegraph, or any invention from the 1800s, is also shit in comparison to 2025 standards- that doesn’t mean the initial work to invent it is worthless.
it’s a joke about engagement bait. You post something like “the TMNT liked pizza! Only 90s kids remember!” and anyone born between 1971-89 and after 2000 replies saying “I knew this too!”. Viral post, algorithm, etc
